Working with Tabcorp, a company based in Australia, my key role as the only researcher in London was to manage and conduct usability testing prior and post launch of 'The Sun bets', a web and mobile gaming and betting platform. The goal was to test the app and website as is to ensure issues were identified on key tasks, test future concepts and prototypes and develop a general understanding of the users by building a detailed picture of them.
